About Us

Joy and Niki didn’t set out to start a wellness company. They were two friends—working moms managing the mental load of life, careers, parenting, and everything in between. Like many women, they prioritized everyone else first, and called it “being fine.”

Then one night, after another week of pushing through, they said it out loud:
“We need a f*cking break.”

That one sentence captured something universal. Every woman they knew felt stretched thin, worn down, and overdue for rest that wasn’t just sleep—rest that actually restored them. So they created NFB Wellness.

Their retreats are built for women who are done waiting for the “right time” to care for themselves. With thoughtfully designed spaces, nourishing meals, bodywork, movement, and space to breathe, NFB offers more than relaxation—it’s a reset.

Rooted in their backgrounds in mental health and coaching, Joy and Niki bring a practical, grounded lens to everything they offer. Their retreats don’t promise to fix your life. But they do create room to pause, reflect, laugh, eat, cry, and reconnect—with yourself and with what matters.

Because rest isn’t indulgent. It’s essential. And you deserve it.
